flip flops, thong sandals, thong flip flops - whatever you want to call these fun and funky shoes, I love 'em! I wear flip-flops all the time – spring, summer, fall, and even sometimes in the winter. I probably have 25 pairs, in various styles and colors. Even so, I’m always looking for new ones! I think I might be a flip-flop addict! Is there a twelve-step program for this? Nah, even if there were one, I don’t want to be cured – I enjoy it too much!
Flip-flops have come a long way since the old rubber “shower shoes” of the sixties. Many of the shoes available today are well constructed and durable. Some have thick, cushy soles that feel great to your feet. In fact, I’ve noticed that walking in these even seems to help my back, I guess because they act as shock absorbers. But that’s not the main reason I like my flip-flops.
I like them because, simply put, they’re fun! They’re super easy to slide on and kick off. The rubber and plastic flip-flops can be hosed off when they need cleaning. Actually, I’ve even treated leather flip-flops in this manner, with no ill effects. And flip-flops are very adaptable. I wear mine shopping, out to eat, and while I’m just hanging out with friends.
As I said, I have flip-flops in all different colors, but I think one of my favorite shades is pink. The pink flip-flops look great on suntanned feet. They really seem to accentuate a sun tan. Of course, since pink is such a popular color for spring and summer clothing, a pair of pink flip-flops is practically a necessity! You can wear them with shorts, capris, jeans, and simple sundresses.

As a flip=flop afficiondo I have to say they are also my thing to wear! I have flip flops ranging in price from 2.99 all the way to 129.00 for a pair of Brighton Flip flops. Insane? No ,I have had the most expensive pair for over 10 years. When you live at the beach as I do, it is a summer essential!
HH, believe me, these are great prices for these brands! You can find cheap flip flops, but they don't hold up nearly as well!
