Best Hotels Atlanta: Midtown, with Video Tours
65Midtown Atlanta is located north of the Downtown area and south of Buckhead. Its four square miles are made up of commercial and financial buildings, along with neighborhoods like Sherwood Forest and Ansley Park. Midtown is also Atlanta’s chief center for the arts and for several museums.
What’s in midtown Atlanta, Georgia? The fabulous Fox Theatre, the High Museum of Art, Atlanta Botanical Garden, William Breman Jewish Museum, the Margaret Mitchell House, Rhodes Memorial Hall, Piedmont Park, Woodruff Arts Center, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, 14th Street Playhouse, the Atlanta Ballet, and Alliance Theatre. Trendy restaurants and nightlife venues are scattered around Midtown, too.
Midtown has gained a reputation for its cosmopolitan sophistication. In view of this, many hotels have moved into the area, including luxury accommodations. If you’re planning a trip to Midtown to visit Georgia Tech, to attend to business, to take in a show, or to enjoy other Atlanta attractions on a vacation, check out the following Atlanta Midtown hotels. The prices listed are the prices from the Midtown Atlanta hotels themselves. An online search will reward you with much lower rates, usually. Ask about Atlanta hotel packages and deals, too.
